Supporting adults and teens with issues of self-confidence and not feeling good enough
Are you stuck in a cycle of self-doubt and not feeling good enough? Do you doubt your abilities? Do you blame yourself?
The lack of confidence and self-esteem can present in many ways and affect various aspects of your life. Such issues stop you from living your life fully. Together we can explore your negative beliefs about yourself and challenge them. I can help you explore your strengths, accept the person that you are and live your life with confidence.

About me and my practice
Hello and welcome to my profile!
Im Anna, a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor, experienced in working with a range of mental health issues such as low mood, anxiety, identity, motivation, relationship issues, and confidence. I believe that seeking help is a sign of strength, which means that your being here and reading this is already an act of courage and a step towards feeling better.
If you choose to work with me, I promise to provide a safe and comfortable space for you where you will be able to explore your thoughts and your feelings, your history and your struggles, and get to know yourself, your needs and the person you truly are.
I am certain that with the right support, each individual has the power to facilitate change. If you feel misunderstood, lonely, hopeless or stuck, I want to be there for you, work alongside you and help you feel empowered instead of powerless.
Please feel free to get in touch with me. I am happy to answer any questions or simply have a chat to see how we get on.
Im looking forward to hearing from you!
